How we work is simple to state and easier to judge from the machines we build.
What we commit to
- Honest specification. We quote the machine that suits your material and output, not the most expensive one.
- Responsibility for what we make. Every stage, from drum machining to final testing, is signed off before the machine ships.
- Support after the sale. Installation guidance, operator training and spare parts for the life of the machine.
- Straight answers. If a process is not right for your fabric, we will say so – even when it costs us the order.
How a machine is built
| 1. Drum | Steel drum turned and polished to a fine tolerance, so heat and pressure are even across the full width. |
| 2. Oil circuit | Heating, pump and rotary joint assembled and pressure-tested to hold temperature evenly. |
| 3. Frame and drive | Frame aligned, drive and blanket tensioning set so running speed stays constant. |
| 4. Electrical | Control panel assembled and inspected, with safety interlocks checked. |
| 5. Testing | Machine run at temperature and pressure, and checked with actual transfer paper before packing. |
After-sales
Machines fail when a blanket wears out or a thermostat drifts – not usually in the first week. Our service commitment is about the year after the sale: spares availability, technical help by phone or WhatsApp, and an engineer who knows the model you bought.
